On Thursday, 6th March, we celebrated World Book Day at our school. It was a whole-school event with staff and pupils together making it a memorable occasion. Our pupils dressed as their favourite literary characters - just wait until you see them!
The pupils from our senior classes shared their knowledge and love of reading with our younger pupils - it was a lovely sight to see how much they all enjoyed it.
Our aim, this year, on World Book Day was to encourage everyone to read, to get joy and satisfaction from reading and to see that there are many ways to engage with the world of literature.
Well done everyone - we are so proud of you all.
